"Yoga changed my life"
After her second pregnancy, she faced stubborn weight gain that standard exercise just wouldn't shift. Everything changed in early 2007 when she discovered yoga through a neighbourhood teacher. Through dedicated practice and diet adjustments, she dropped 23 kg in a single year. That life-changing experience led her to become a teacher herself in 2010. Having completed Yoga Instructors Course (YIC) conducted by the Swami Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (S-VYASA), her commitment to the discipline runs deep: she hasn't missed a single day of practice in 20 years, even while traveling. Ultimately, passing on the profound peace of yoga to her students is what makes this path so rewarding.
Teaching Philosophy
Mindset
Students are encouraged to step onto the mat with patience. The focus is on moving slowly, learning carefully, and following guided instruction without feeling rushed.
Concentration
Every session is deeply interactive. Each movement is observed live, with real-time posture alignments to ensure a safe and effective practice.
Will power
Building habits that heal. Consistent practice improves sleep, posture, and daily routines, creating such a positive impact that students rarely want to miss a class.
For beginners
🪷 You don't need to be flexible to start: Classes are comforting & progressive. Flexibility, focus, & fitness will naturally build day by day.
🤍 Safe, guided pacing for beginners: New students receive extra care. If a posture feels too difficult, you will always be given an easier, accessible variation.
🪑 Relief for working professionals: Regular yoga practice heals your posture, improves your health, & helps a natural daily rhythm settle in.
